Business Development & Institution Relations Representative
You will represent ADCTMS Platform, meet institutions, present the platform, follow up proposals and support onboarding.
- Applicant must be 30 years old or below
- Identify and approach universities, polytechnics, colleges and other institutions
- Present ADCTMS Platform services to decision makers and key officers
- Follow up proposals, meetings and onboarding conversations
- Maintain professional communication with prospective institutional clients
- Provide market feedback to support platform improvement and sales strategy
Other Possible Roles
Technical Support & Onboarding Officer
- Assist institutions during setup, onboarding and initial portal configuration
- Guide users on document request, verification and admin dashboard usage
- Report technical issues to the development/admin team for resolution
- Support basic troubleshooting for login, payment, upload and document processing issues
Customer Support Officer
- Respond to institution, staff and student enquiries
- Assist users with platform-related issues and account access
- Provide guidance on document requests, verification and payments
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to the technical team
- Maintain excellent customer service and user satisfaction
Sales Representative
- Identify and approach prospective institutions
- Generate leads and schedule product demonstrations
- Present platform benefits to decision makers
- Follow up proposals and negotiations
- Assist institutions through onboarding and activation
Digital Marketing Officer
- Manage social media campaigns and online promotions
- Create marketing content and advertisements
- Generate leads through digital channels
- Monitor website traffic and marketing performance
- Support brand awareness and institutional outreach
Implementation Assistant
- Assist with collection and arrangement of institution setup information
- Support document template setup, review and activation processes
- Help verify uploaded branding details, contact information and portal settings
- Work with the onboarding team to ensure institutions are properly configured
